Mystery of the Hollow Tree

Newly hired U. S. Marshal, Garren Rader, is given a job of bringing a murderer to justice in a small community in Valley County, Nebraska.  He arrives to find a family in need of justice, struggling with pain, but determined to make a home in the small valley where the murder had taken place.  He wonders if he has what is needed as he goes to work for law and order in a place that is in short supply of either.
